Abstract
Nowadays bioethics is facing a new reality due to the current socio-cultural and theoretical context. Therefore this manuscript’s purpose is to defend a new global bioethics as an answer to human’s needs in the health field. In order to it, and counting with the fact that we live in a global world, which should be ruled by human rights’ discourse, a critic revision of bioethics is proposed. Firstly, equality is defended as a necessary principle for bioethics’ aims; secondly, as a way of connecting theory and action, empathy is suggested as a convenient path for bringing to reality what is already said in documents
