Résumé

The goal of this study is to check if the subjective experience, which have patients with terminal illness in theirs principal symptoms, thanks to the application of Music Therapy; namely, using the music like significant activity. The research has been done in ten sessions on eight patients, six of them have finished the complete process. All of them were in terminal situation and they were admitted to "Centre Cuidados Laguna". Music Thera- py techniques have been used; both passive and active, actives ones are instrumentals, corporals and vocals. Music Therapy evaluations were done periodically, included the scale ESAS, HAD, better quality life y Music Therapy card. This research has confirmed that the application of Music Therapy cause changes in the palliative patients' symptoms perception. However, data is not conclusive due to the limited sample used and the instability medical situation of this kind of patients.
