Mapeamento da produção científica sobre gestão do conhecimento e memória organizacional: Um enfoque sobre os modelos de implantação e os fatores críticos de sucesso

Abstract

For knowledge management to be successfully implemented, essential aspects such as organizational memory, knowledge management deployment models and critical success factors of knowledge management need to be considered. Studies on knowledge management and organizational memory demonstrate innumerable similarities and completeness and, therefore, such concepts should be highly related in scientific productions. In order to verify how knowledge management, organizational memory, knowledge management deployment models and critical success factors of knowledge management are related in scientific production, this study conducted a survey of publications in the area of Information Science, a science dedicated to studying the topics covered in this study. For this, a survey of the scientific articles was carried out in the Reference Database of journal articles in Information Science and in the Scientific Electronic Library Online, during the years 2008 and 2018. Through this survey it was possible to verify that of the 217 articles retrieved, only 38 somehow list some of the terms searched. Given this result, it is possible to state that, although these were extremely important and interrelated issues, there are few studies that address such relationship.
