Résumé
Recently there has been a proliferation of notebooks networks, better known as blogs. At the same time, the expansion in research around these new media of communication and debate emphasizes the importance of such forms within the Society of Information. This work analyzes empirically the influence that the blogs exert upon society, focusing in two main cornerstones of democracy: 1) journalism and 2) the participation of citizens in politics.
