Abstract

This paper analyses the adaptation from the Spanish criminal law to the “provocation to commit a terrorist offence” regulated by the Framework Decision 2002/475/JAI. Spanish adaptation to the EU normative is characterised by three attributes: anticipation, growth and excess.
