Résumé

This work presents the bibliography about the discussion on mass political parties at its origins and the role played there by Moisei Ostrogorski (1854-1919). Then it is drawn a research proposal: to interpret the work of this author through the study of liberal ideology and some political concepts. The three first sections approach the study of introductory issues which justify the project: (1) the gradual acceptance of the idea of political party through history; (2) the relevance of the debate on the organization of mass parties at the end of 19th century; and (3) the work of Ostrogorski and the readings that have been done on it. Last section proposes a methodological guidance, some core conceptual ideas to be studied and a bibliographical scope.
