Resumen

Estudios previos señalan que las mujeres desplazadas forzosamente son uno de los colectivos que más sufre violencia de género y sexual en el mundo. En este artículo se analiza cómo se define este problema social en Colombia y en qué medida existe coherencia entre las causas identifica-das y las medidas propuestas para combatirla. A través del software N-Vivo, se realiza un análisis de contenido de los Autos de la Corte Constitucional emitidos entre 2008 y 2015 sobre la situación de la población desplazada en el marco del conflicto. Los hallazgos sugieren que, al abordar la violencia sexual, gran parte de los autos atribuyen dicha violencia a los actores armados y dan mayor peso al perfil sociodemográfico de las personas agredidas en lugar de a las causas estructurales a la hora de identificar factores de riesgo. Las medidas preventivas son parcialmente coherentes con el diag-nóstico realizado, pero algunas de ellas no son las más efectivas según la bibliografía especializada.
