Résumé

This work recovers a forgotten article written by Spanish philosopher Francisco Fernández Buey, originally published in the written by clandestine journal Realidad, in 1967. This text is and originally sample of aesthetic and political discussions of the aesthetic and political debates on marxism at that time. Through this text, the author deals with the relationship between artists and writers who are politically committed. Buey develops some topics that were typical at that time, such as realism or the artist’s professionalization. The authors have inserted different edition notes throughout the original text, in order to contextualize it, and they also have carried out a comparative work between the original version of the article, as it was sent by the author for its publishing, and the final version, which was published under a clandestinity situation. They try to pointing at the differences between both versions, differences that are quite substantial and indicative about internal discussions inside anti-Francoism movement.
