Abstract
The proposal made here is part of the teaching innovation project: Design of audiovisual materials led by the student. Implementation of new technologies to the teaching of art history in the EHEA ; project participated by a group of teachers of the Art History area, with the support of the University of Salamanca, during the 2010-2011 academic year (although its benefits are likely to be maximized in subsequent academic years and in different subjects). Roughly speaking, the activity was raised to develop an audiovisual material on a specific point on one of the topics of the course using various possible tools: Microsoft PowerPoint in its different versions, videos, web pages (blogs ...), flash technology or similar. The end was to create some audiovisual materials which, hypothetically, could be presented to any audience, so that they will explain the chosen topic with clarity and rigor.
