This innovative project is inserted in the most wide frame of a qualified work entitled: "Implementing peer tutoring in the first year of the Degree in the Faculty of Education, Faculty of Philology and Faculty of Chemistry" which began to develop initially in the Faculty of Education in 2008-2009, (in all programs: Social Education, and Primary Teacher, Education) and it continued its expansion in the Faculty of Philology and the Faculty of Chemistry and the next course is going to be Implemented in the Faculty of Social Sciences (Social Work). In the case of the Faculty of Education, this is the second year of the mentoring project with Erasmus students, as an experiment, it was first implemented during the academic year 2011-12. The aim of this paper is to present the organization of mentoring program in a specific dimension that it references the mentoring work with foreign students and is housed like a pioneering experience in our faculty. Not content to attend an Erasmus student located population it has decided to open to student’s participation from other non-European territories in this course (emerging Asia, particularly China). It is taking a further step in the international spread of a project to the time eminently national and European level.
