Aplicación del marco para la práctica de terapia ocupacional a un caso de síndrome de fatiga crónica: estudio de caso

Resumo

Objective: To analyze the possible limitations of the Framework for occupational therapy practice when a theoretical structure is used for the resolution of a clinical case on chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods: The information was collected using the treatment request form, the client's clinical history, the medical and psychological report, the semi-structured occupational interview and the list of interests adapted. Conclusion: Despite the limitations found, the theoretical proposal of the Framework for occupational therapy practice can be clinically useful as a theoretical structure for the resolution of a clinical case on chronic fatigue syndrome, as it integrates the basic theoretical and methodological aspects that support the practice of occupational therapy.
