Abstract

The poweer and energy system has been experiencing a complete change in paradigm due to the worldwide increase This research wil present a bottom-up energy management approach of an Virtual Organizations for Multi Agent-based Local Electricity Markets (VOMALEM). VOMALEM is defined as a class of organization-based Multi-Agent System (MAS), where each agent has different tasks. These agents consist of DERs electrical consumers, retailers, aggregators, and tec. This structure contains different layers. It is noticeable tha the proposed market structure of the smart distribution grid is bcomparison to agent's decisions in the upper layer. Moreover, price-based control strategy wil be utilized in this model, it requieres low-ranged bendwidth communication and control protocols, and NetLogo and JADE is used to implement VOMALEM which is compliant with FIPA (14) guidelines. Although, in tihs work, we proposed a strategy to manage energy locally, we pursue to optimize global-social decisions.
