Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to analyse the illegal traffic of e-waste from developed countries to developing countries. Firstly, the criminal trend is analysed, then the main international and European law is reviewed. After that, an analysis about the EU Directives trans-position in the Criminal Code is done. Finally, lege ferenda suggestions and conclusions are noted
