Abstract

Security is fundamental in the life of human beings. Societies often seek scenarios that raise their level of certainty. Insecurity drives most people and organizations out of their comfort zone. The cause is the appearance or materialization of potential risks and threats that cause crises of various dimensions. Therefore, prevention, response and reaction capacities must be developed and resilience must be fostered in the face of critical events.
