Zusammenfassung
Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, 27 April, transposed Directive (EU) 2019/770 and Directive (EU) 2019/771 into the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. This new regulation will enter into force 1 January 2022. Therefore, the aim of this brief paper, always from the perspective of the sale of goods, is to provide an overview of the new features introduced in the guarantee regime and, specifically, in relation to the conformity of goods, remedies for lack of conformity and deadlines.
