Resumen

La educación, y en concreto la educación superior, tiene un papel esencial en el desarrollo de las habilidades que permiten a los estudiantes integrarse plenamente en la sociedad, como señala la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económicos (OECD, 2019), y en garantizar los principios relacionados con la dimensión social como la accesibilidad, equidad, diversidad e inclusión (EHEA, 2020). El objetivo es presentar una herramienta de gestión docente, fruto de cinco años de trabajo, pretendiendo ser un elemento de ayuda para estudiantes y profesores en el proceso de aprendizaje-docencia. Se muestra, a modo de ejemplo, la aplicación práctica de la herramienta a la competencia de liderazgo. Se trata de un proyecto de innovación docente, con enfoque mixto, en el que se desarrolla un estudio pre-experimental sin grupo control. En un ecosistema digital con metodologías Active learning se define, diseña, interconecta e implementa un conjunto de elementos software orientados a una innovación docente modular y escalable que mejore la calidad del proceso aprendizaje-docencia. Se presenta como ejemplo de aplicación, el análisis de los datos registrados, obtenidos a través de la observación directa de los equipos de trabajo de alto rendimiento de 245 estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho, Empresa y Gobierno de la Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, entre 2018-2020. La herramienta facilita la comunicación con el alumno, el feedback sobre su aprendizaje y la personalización de éste, al tiempo que ayuda al profesor en la planificación, implementación y gobierno de su docencia.
