The Bologna Plan has impacted the history of eupropean universities. Indeed, theeducational systems are making efforts to change their structures and modifying didacticand pedagogical approaches. As a result of this, there has been a growing interest onuniversity teachers’ training and their certification. This is mainly connected to the strongimplication of professors’ competencies and to the quality of higher education. The aim ofthis research is to compare and evaluate the pedagogical training of european universityprofessors as well as to investigate the different models that each university developed toimplement its version of pedagogical training
