Abstract
Ameloblastoma is an aggressive local/ y recurring neoplasm of odontogenic epithelium, with indeterminate metastatic potential. lt's the second most common odontogenic tumor and the maxilla is a rare location. We do not recommend curettage or enucleation because of the frequency of recurrence, these tumors require radical excision. This article presents a case of ameloblastoma extending into the skull base that needed total maxilloetmoidectomy and orbital exenteration.
