Resum

Group decisions do not always reflect the basic principles made rationally by individuals and the emotional component underlying all human decision can become an instrument of manipulation to determine the direction of votes based on the persuasiveness of the candidate, regardless of electoral program or voter needs. In an attempt to overcome these limitations we propose a voting system in which each of the three preferred candidates received one vote. The value of that vote is calculated through the rates of support and confidence, terms referring to the objectivity and subjectivity, respectively, of the decision criteria established between the agents of the electoral process. Through an example (an electoral micro system) the implications of the implementation of this method on social and political spheres were analyzed
