Abstract

Judiciary, Courts of Violence against Women. Objective, territorial and connection competences The study of the Courts of Violence against Women, incorporated into the judicial plant, with civil and criminal competences, is addressed, with the objective that both of them in the first instance be subject to procedural treatment before the same body, so that what is integral lies in the greater, more immediate and effective protection of the victim, as well as the resources to avoid repetitions in the aggression or the escalation in violence, excluding the creation of a new jurisdictional order. Since the entry into operation of the Gender Violence Courts, given their disastrous technical-legal regulation, a significant number of competition issues have been raised that have been addressed and resolved by the Supreme Court. In the work, in addition to offering a dogmatic work, the solutions offered by the Supreme Court in the precise delimitation of the civil and criminal competences of the Courts of Violence against Women are proposed.
