Abstract

The use of new technologies in labor relations, transnationalization and productive relocation, have meant a change in the classic conception of worker and company, which has had repercussions in a series of controversies in the exercise of the collective rights of the working people and, especially, teleworkers. Therefore, we will proceed to analyze the causes and consequences of these factors in the collective rights and digital labor rights of workers, both from an international and national perspective, in order to be able to wield the current weaknesses of collective rights and their exercise to then try to establish a series of lege ferenda proposals in order to mitigate them.
