Abstract

During the last few years, the hospitality sector has suffered significant problems due to the COVID-19 disease due to the social problems that this has brought with it, which has caused a sharp decline in sales of these companies, leading many to close they could not maintain that situation. However, the situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic has boosted the robotics market in the hospitality sector. This is why the idea of creating a prototype capable of providing service to consumers of these locals can respect the rules of social distancing imposed to combat this disease arises. Thanks to this prototype it is possible to improve the quality process, reduce delivery times and optimize spaces in the various establishments, thus facilitating the customer’s stay.
