Abstract

This research is about the peculiar story of Joaquin Heredia Guerra which was detained in San Marcos building, at Leon .and after he was executed by ti ring squad without taking legal action against hin. This investigation has a basic point of reference the corresponding documents file in the Región Militar Northest Archive., at The Ferrol according tu the military instruction 11/36 that was begun to him and to Hipólito Romero Flores. This report about the particular case is the example of the abuse of the authority and the criminal anomalies commit by the revolted Leon people against the Second Republic. The conclusions try to explain the reasons that determined the number of offenses against human rights and which is the civil Autorithy's responsibility in such cases.
