Resum

According the current Law of Legal Regime for the Public Sector, a classic concept of the adminis- trative body is generally accepted to be resolved either as a single person or as a collegial body. Thus, collegial bodies are those where the ownership is entrusted to a group of natural persons concurring their will. In this way, the collegial model (“colle- gium”) wants to respond to a horizontal creation of administrative acts and to the concurrence of wills, looking for a balance among viewpoints of the members of such administrative body. Like the old Law of Administrative Procedure from year 1958 and the later Law 30/1992, the Law 40/2015 of October 1st contains regulations about collegial bodies without prejudice to the peculia- rities of organization from the Administrations in which they are integrated. The final purpose of the regulation contained at the mentioned body of law -according to its expla- natory memorandum- is the improvement of the regulation for Collegial bodies, particularly those of the General State Administration, emphasizing the generalization of electronic means so that they can be established, hold their meetings, adopt agreements, or prepare and send minutes of their meetings
