Resumen
Third-generation therapies which includemindfulness represent an alternative to thetraditional therapeutic approach for psychosis.Such therapies are focused on the discomfortrelated to psychotic symptoms and use strate-gies based on the cognitive flexibility and thecontact to the present, among others.In this paper are presented the results ofa pilot experiment in which 8 patients with a several mental disorder participated, anda group intervention with an additional ele-ment of relaxation was performed. The aimis, besides evaluating the applicability ofthe intervention for this kind of patients,to discuss about the possible improvementsfacing a future generalization to other con-texts. The results are consistent in relationto the results found in other studies in termsof the applicability for this kind of patients.Nevertheless more research are needed in or-der to ensure its efficiency.
