Abstract

This paper explores the possibility of using computer-mediated communication (CMO) for the research of new situations of contacts between Romanian and other Romances languages within the Romanian enclaves formed in Italy, France, Spain and Portugal over the past two decades. Our proposal is convergent with the recent tendency of exploiting Internet as corpus in linguistics.
