Résumé
In this present study analysis is carried out about the concepts of "violence against women" and "gender violence against women" adopted by the Criminal Law and Integral Law, respectively. Once this is done, is realized a dogmatic study about criminal types of femicide and some other crimes of violence against women or members of the family nucleus, for later determine if there really is a criminal protection of gender violence, or by the contast, it is about a criminal regulation of domestic violence
