Resumo

The author criticizes the current application of resocialization through education and work towards as purpose of the punishment offenders that he calls “supersocialized”, pointing out that these, having a high degree of studies and outstanding professions, do not need this type of execution of the punishment; rather, by presenting egocentric characteristics and little empathy for the rest of society, they require that the purpose of the punishment in them seeks to provide them with responsibility and commitment to society, which is why it raises "solidarity social responsability" as the purpose special preventive for them
