Abstract

This analysis seeks to explore the impact that the Global Compact of the United Nations as a tool not only records to ensure corporate responsibility in the global context but its ability to bind the edges of the corruption and security within the responsibility commitment. Thus, this analysis attempts to provide some light on what might be the boomerang effect of CSR with respect to the four major issues addressed by the Covenant Human Rights, labor rights, environment and combating corruption and to what degree from the CSR can radiate transversally anti-corruption initiatives and ensuring security.
