Abstract
This article analyses the fundamental rules developed in the international law, specifically in the Rome Statute from 1998 for the International Criminal Court and the relevant meaning that the rules have, such as the principle of legality in the criminal matter in Colombia. In this sense, it is show important differences and consequences in front of different aspects like the competence in the internal laws, and the concept of the crime behaviour described in our legislation.
