La competencia internacional de la CPI y los factores de responsabilidad en el caso colombiano

Abstract

This paper focuses on the scope of the factors jurisdiction of the icc, first designed from the ground in the development of instruments for the protection of human rights and IHL, as well as from the development of international justice. Secondly, we verified the basics for building international justice from the developments of the 1998 Rome Statute for the creation of the icc both internationally and domestically incorporation. Finally, determine the scope of international justice with regard to competitive factors and interest in the case of Colombia, as well as its possible action under international responsibility in the national context.
