Abstract
This is a presentation of a research project in progress, directly linked to the doctoral thesis of the first autor of this paper and focused on the documentation and analysis of materials related to weighing activities in the Iberian Peninsula during Antiquity. In addition to providing specific information on these objects, we have sought to highlight the extraordinary importance they offer, despite the almost lack of studies dedicated to this subject. In addition, based on a selection of cases, we present here some final reflections on aspects we consider to be essential in their analysis and study.
