Being a minor, coming from a foreign country and without family support, makes Un- accompanied Foreign Minors a highly vulnerable group. This vulnerability increases when they reach the age of majority and lose a large part of the rights they had been granted in the receiving countries. The present systematic review aims to understand the situation of these young people in Spain and the difficulties they have to overcome in their emancipation process. The results show a multitude of educational, psychosocial, economic and employability obstacles, etc., and highlight the great difference in the resources available depending on the territory where they are located, as the Autonomous Communities, in addition to having different legislative developments, do not address this problem in the same way, increasing the existing inequality.
