Abstract

This research work is based on the analysis of the interrelationships between the educational system, the productive system and the national security of nations, in terms of their effect on their global competitiveness. For this, it is based on a working hypothesis represented by a triangle formed by three vertices that symbolize the three existing systems in every society, the productive, the educational and the national security, apparently independent but necessarily interrelated or interconnected with each other, to generate a national competitive-evolutionary framework that allows it to function in a changing international context. As a unifying element, the working hypothesis considers talent as the most important to support the triangular structure of the investigated systems. The work concludes by confirming the initial working hypothesis, with even greater detail of the different elements that compose it.
