Abstract
This paper analyzes specific aspects of insolvency responsability. Specifically, the parameters of its attribution to the different subjects condemned to support it. To do this, the objective assumptions of bankruptcy are examined: the general clause, the special cases and the legal presumptions; also, it is essential to specify the degree of participation of each individual in the different concrete acts, in order to establish an adequate distribution of the deficit between them, taking into account the indemnizatory nature of this responsibility.
