Abstract

In this judgment, the Court of Justice of the European Union must once again rule on the criteria for determining the scope of the exclusive forum relating to contracts for the lease of immovable property, in particular to distinguish it from complex contracts for the provision of services, the specific legal nature of which would make them fall outside the scope of this forum.
