Resumen

El trabajo expone orientaciones psicoeducativas para padres de niños con trastorno por déficit de atención con hiperactividad (TDAH), basadas en criterios empíricos, teóricos y clínicos. Se abordan las siguientes dimensiones: ambiente familiar, modelado, refuerzo de conducta, normas, autonomía y autoestima, aprender a pensar y saber esperar, atención, relación con compañeros, grupo familiar, adolescencia y una reflexión sobre el tratamiento. El documento incluye información básica sobre TDAH.
