Abstract
The present work tries to offer some general notions about criminal offences of illegal possession of weapons in Spain, emphasizing in its current nature of blank criminal rules and crimes of abstract danger. That is, it is about analyzing how this criminal offences have been influenced by the characterizing notes of the considered as modern Criminal Law of the Risk Society and the adjustment of these criminal offences in the principles of the penal program of the Constitution.
