Abstract

Necropoliticsis a theory that awakens the scientific eye to the indelible and harmful marks of racism in Brazilian society. When faced with the social obstacles that the population faces, we cannot ignore the racial marker of studies and their influence on social disparities. In this sense, it is observed that necropolitics feeds on socio-racial inequalities that determine the symbolic death of black people in social reality, when they do not have effective access to social rights. In this perspective, the present study aims to analyze the necropolitical effects of the colonial legacy of racism in the Brazilian reality and the direction of criminal necrojurisdiction towards the black population, which makes access to socio-racial justice difficult. To outline this proposal, the article used a bibliographic and documentary methodology, with qualitative analysis of the race marker in data on access to social rights in the Brazilian scenario.
