Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a combination of techniques thatstudies how machines can solve complex problems by reasoning and choosingthe best options. The knowledge society requires changes in educationalsystems in order to prepare young people for the new academic-labourscenarios that will occur in the future due to the digital transformation linkedto the technological revolution. AI has enormous potential to reducethe difficulties of access to training, automate management processes andoptimize the methods that improve learning results. The objective of thischapter is to address the application of techniques and tools that use AI inthe creation of content for education and especially focusing on the adoptionof Chatbots. For this, a research model based on the theory of adoptionand use of technology has been carried out. The methodology includes asurvey of ESO, Baccalaureate and Vocational Training students. The resultssuggest that some of the main factors that influence the adoption of a technologyare not sustained, so it is necessary to address new perspectives forthe analysis of technologies that use artificial intelligence and that are asnovel as they are complex in their adoption by the number of factors thatcan influence it.
