Resum

This paper is building from a reflection about the existing global approach in relation to the effects and impact of the technological revolution in the company to structural, behavioral, informational and communicative level, since information systems and models of digital and traditional organizational communication present important differ significantly affecting the success or failure of a business. The main objective was to analyze the effects of new technologies in the business world and its impact on individuals, because it is part of the hypothesis that traditional communication does not respond to contemporary needs and encouraged the attempt to construct a new identity. In based on the literature review on the subject under study as a methodology, the existing dissonance between new technologies and traditional organizational environments is analyzed, which leads to an identity crisis that seems to have not yet built an effective way to organizational success. It concludes with the idea that the deconstruction of corporate dynamics could lead to the reconstruction of individual and organizational identities.
