Gustavo Santos-García did his MSc in mathematics in 1986 from University of Salamanca, Spain, and PhD in mathematics in 1993 from University of Valladolid, Spain. His doctoral thesis was developed at the Torres Quevedo Institute from CSIC, Spain. In 1995, he was international research fellow at the Computer Science Laboratory, Stanford Research Institute International. Since 1988, he has been teaching at the School of Sciences and the School of Economics and Business at the University of Salamanca. His research interest includes fundamentals of economic analysis, decision-making under uncertainty, symbolic systems biology and artificial intelligence applied to economics, medicine and mathematical logic. Dr. Santos has collaborated as program committee member and reviewer in many international conferences and journals. He has published 150+ publications.
