INICO Senior Technician Psychologist Specialist in Disability Associate Professor in the Department of Personality, Evaluation and Psychological Treatment - Subjects taught: Psychology of Disability (Degree in Occupational Therapy), Behavior Modification Techniques in Occupational Therapy (Degree in Occupational Therapy), Supported Employment (Master in Disability), Labor Integration and Supported Employment (Master and expert in integration of people with disabilities). Director of the Course for Labor Trainers Specialists in Supported Employment. Member of the Academic Commission of the University Master in Disability Research. In the scientific field he has published many articles and books, several of them internationally, and mainly focused on Supported Employment for people with disabilities, receiving the extraordinary doctoral award at the University of Salamanca for his work "Supported Employment in Spain. Analysis of variables that determine the achievement and improvement of results in the development of services". He has been awarded three times in the Research category of the National Research and Innovation Awards of Ampans with the 3rd Prize in 2016 for the work "The job coach: analysis of the profile of skills and needs for the design of a training program" the 2nd Prize in 2010 and 2008 for the works "Influence of social protection and the pension system in the activity and access to employment of people with disabilities" and "Comparative study on the situation of employment with Support in Europe" respectively. He has also participated in different projects, research and studies on supported employment, social policies, development of information systems on disability and other various topics. He has participated as a speaker in several national and international forums, including the last European Conferences on Supported Employment or the International Association for the Scientific Study of Intellectual Disability (IASSID), and teaches in several Master programs. He has served as Vice-President of the Spanish Association of Supported Employment (AESE) of which he is a member since 1998 and has participated as Spanish Representative in the European Union of Supported Employment (EUSE) as a member of its Steering Committee.
