Abstract
The objective of this article is the organization of cultural difference in education law. In particular, the main aim is based on to analyze how the autonomous communities construct their identities by the articulation of a collective story through the curricular of Secondary Education normative. The sources of information are normative texts related to the curriculum. From a methodological point of view, we designed a comparative case study for similar systems, where we combine quantitative and qualitative techniques. The analysis shows how the autonomous communities carries out their educational sub-systems payment to a collective identity. However, we can see differences between them when it comes to articulating a collective story to substantiate their collective identities.
