The individualized care plan, based on Virginia Henderson’s conceptual model and on the NANDA-NOC-NIC taxonomies, had a main diagnosis of decreased cardiac output. • Reflection: Nursing interventions applied to this patient were key to solving the collaboration problem having emerged and can be applied in similar cases
