Abstract

The university is constantly challenged to educate graduates who are prepared to respond to the needs of a changing labour market. The monitoring of graduates is seen as a suitable mechanism to obtain information that will allow the necessary changes to be made in the educational process. This study involves the graduate as one additional element in the teaching-learning process, offering them an active role in the training of students through their participation in the classroom. The experience has been carried out in the Degree in Computer Engineering and in the Master's Degree in Secondary School Teaching. The results show the students' satisfaction in incorporating external elements that validate their academic training. And they minimise their insecurities as future professionals.
