Abstract

In order to determine whether or not the phase of the moon affects thedistribution of lambing throughout the year, 68.127 sheep lambings have beenstudied. The distribution was as follows: full moon, 25%; last quarter, 26%; newmoon, 25% and first quarter, 24%. In conclusion, it has been scientificallydemonstrated that Moon has nothing to do with the distribution of lambing.
