El grupo de investigación reconocido Gobierno Corporativo, Sostenibilidad y Sistemas de Información (GIR GobSal) agrupa a un conjunto de investigadores interesados en el fomento de la gobernanza responsable (basada en criterios ESG) de las distintas organizaciones y sus cadenas de valor para favorecer una estrategia de diferenciación que fomente la inversión y el emprendimiento, garantizando una sociedad verde, cohesionada e inclusiva.
Para ello, los investigadores tienen un especial interés por comprender los estilos de liderazgo y las configuraciones y estructuras organizativas, así como su efecto en los desarrollos económicos y en materia de sostenibilidad. Adicionalmente, sus intereses se enfocan a ampliar el conocimiento relativo a los impactos que las estrategias corporativas y diferentes decisiones de estos actores tienen en el desempeño organizativo, atendiendo a las particularidades propias de cada entidad.
