Doctor by the Universidad de Salamanca with the thesis La ciudad como espacio educativo estudio de la propuesta educativa del ayuntamiento de salamanca al servicio de la escuela 2023. Supervised by Dr. José Manuel Muñoz Rodríguez, Dr. María José Hernández Serrano.
He holds a Diploma in Teaching from the University of Salamanca, a Degree in Pedagogy from the National University of Distance Education and a PhD in Education from the University of Salamanca. Between 1993 and 2002 he worked as a Primary Education teacher in an educational centre in the Autonomous Community of Madrid. Since 2004 he has been a civil servant in the Local Administration in the position of Education Technician, a job that he combines with that of Associate Professor attached to the Department of Didactics, Organisation and School Research Methods, teaching in the Degree of Early Childhood Education, in the Degree of Primary Education and in the double degree of the Degree of Early Childhood and Primary Education in the Faculty of Education Sciences of the Viriato Campus in Zamora. The research he carries out is framed within contextualised education, in real learning situations, the lived and experiential curriculum, using the city as an educational and didactic resource.
