Academic Profile I am a Tenured Assistant Professor (Profesor Permanente Laboral) at the University of Salamanca, where I serve as Academic Secretary for the Department of Personality, Assessment, and Psychological Treatment, the Faculty of Psychology's Teaching Commission, and the Doctoral Program in Psychology. I am a member of the Psychopathology and Mental Health Knowledge Transfer Group and the Recognized Research Group on Disability. Affiliations & Editorial Boards I co-edit the journals 'Cuadernos de Neuropsicología/Panamerican Journal of Neuropsychology' and 'Terapia Psicológica.' I founded the Intras-Chile Foundation and serve on the board of the University Institute for Community Integration (INICO) and the NEUR-08 Psychosciences Research Group at the Biomedical Research Institute of Salamanca (IBSAL). Additionally, I am a member of the Division of Academic Psychology/Spanish Psychological Society of the General Council of Psychology of Spain (COP), the Psychology and Digital Transformation working group, and the PsicoKnow project of the Official College of Psychology of Castilla y León (COPCYL). Research & Accreditations My research focuses on the labor inclusion of people with disabilities, persistent mental disorders, criminology, and applied health technologies. I hold two research periods (sexenios) certified by ANECA (2013–18, 2019–24) and received an 'Excellent' rating (2018–2023) in the Docentia Usal-ACSUCYL Program. Professional Trajectory Over a 26-year career, I have been an Associate Professor at Universidad del Desarrollo (Chile), the University of Salamanca, and the Pontifical University of Salamanca. I also served as Department Head, Area Head, and Steering Committee member at the Intras Foundation, and Deputy Head of the Community Mental Health Unit at Padre Hurtado Hospital. Supervision & Evaluation I have supervised two doctoral theses. I serve as a Technical Evaluator for the Andalusian Knowledge Agency (DEVA-AAC), the International University of Valencia's Research Result Transfer Office, and SENACYT (Panama) for the 2026 Research Seedbeds Call (Round I). I have also served as a jury member representing the Organization of Ibero-American States for the National Fund for Peruvian Education Development.
